Thom made his Primary Stages debut in 2018 as Leo Tolstoy in Scott Carter’s The Gospel According to Thomas Jefferson, Charles Dickens, and Leo Tolstoy: Discord. and

Mickey Rolfe with the Andrew Leynse Commitment to New Plays Award

Mickey is the founding patron of the Primary Stages’ Liff Lab, a new play development program created in memory of legendary theater agent Samuel “Biff” Liff. The Liff Lab is an annual program providing an exceptional early- to mid-career playwright with a 29-hour developmental workshop of an unproduced new work and the ESPA students with the opportunity to participate in the workshop by observing rehearsals and assisting creative personnel. Mickey dedicated most of his 40-year career to representing Broadway’s top designers, with Rolfe Company clients winning a total of 22 Tony Awards. The Rolfe Company flourished for 26 years, and at one point, Mickey represented at least one designer in every American show on Broadway.
