Lives of the Saints
a new collection of short plays by David Ives
directed by John Rando
presented by Primary Stages in association with Jamie deRoy and Barry Feirstein
The writer and director of All in the Timing return to Primary Stages with a World Premiere collection of delightfully funny and unforgettable short plays. David Ives is undoubtedly the master of the short form and his collaborations with Tony winner John Rando are not to be missed! The show features Jeff Biehl (Poor Behavior, Machinal), Arnie Burton (Peter and the Starcatcher, The 39 Steps), Carson Elrod (All in the Timing, The Explorers Club), Kelly Hutchinson (Desire Under the Elms, Don Peyote) and Liv Rooth (All in the Timing, Venus in Fur).
Post-performance talkbacks lead by a member of the Primary Stages artistic staff followed performances on February 25 and March 11.
For one performance Healing Arts Initiative will provide free audio description for blind and visually impaired audience members. Through a small earpiece, trained describers will provide necessary detail through descriptions of the live action between the actors' dialogue. For more information, please contact Healing Arts Initiative at 212-284-4100.
